Your Character Matters

Your Character Matters provides a firm understanding of the spiritual qualifications required to lead God's people. Whether you are the leader of your family, a team at work, or an entire church congregation, this book is for all Christian leaders who want to model Christlike behavior and are willing to make changes in their lives to be great for God. You will be challenged to cultivate ten character traits that the apostle Paul requires of every spiritual leader. Traits such as blamelessness, humility, being servants to your family, and being lovers of good are examined to help you become the leader God desires. You will also discover how Jesus models each character trait perfectly as you learn to lead like Christ. Your Character Matters includes a study guide for group discussion or personal reflection and a character traits assessment to help you evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of your character.
